Who we are

New Era Distribution ("we", "us") distributes professional hair care brands to salons across the UK. Our address is 238 Station Road, Addlestone, Surrey, KT15 2PS. For anything relating to your personal data, contact us at hello@newerauk.co.uk.

What we collect, and why

When you submit the enquiry form on this site, we collect the details you provide: your name, salon name, email address, phone number (optional) and your message. We use them for one purpose only — to respond to your enquiry about becoming a stockist and to discuss trade terms with you.

We only process this information with your consent, which you give by ticking the consent box before sending the form. We do not use your details for marketing unless you separately agree to it, and we never sell or rent your information to anyone.

Where your information is stored

Enquiries are delivered to our team by email and stored securely in our Google Workspace account. Google acts as our data processor and stores data in accordance with its own privacy commitments.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, if you become a stockist, for the duration of our trading relationship. If nothing comes of an enquiry, we delete the details within 24 months.

Cookies and analytics

This website sets no cookies and uses no analytics or advertising trackers. The site's fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers (transmitting your IP address) to fetch them.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law (UK GDPR), you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to withdraw your consent at any time, and to object to or restrict our use of it. To exercise any of these rights, email hello@newerauk.co.uk and we will respond within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we have handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
